CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you need to cancel your tour, we kindly ask you to contact us: email@example.com as soon as possible. If you cancel more than 30 days before your tour date we will refund your ticket price minus an administration charge of $15 to cover our expenses. If you cancel within 30 days before your tour date but not later than 7 days before it we will refund 50% of your ticket price or, at no extra cost to you, offer you another tour of at least equal cost.
In the unlikely event of a tour being cancelled by us we will offer an alternative tour date or a full refund.
MINIMUM GROUP TOUR
We require a minimum of 6 people for each tour. If fewer than 6 bookings are received for a tour we can either change or cancel the booking.
WHAT TO WEAR?
In summer a hat and sunscreen are essential. Comfortable walking shoes should be worn - high heels might look good but walking on them for long periods on city pavements isn't!
All tours must be paid in full in advance.
ACCIDENT OR LOSS
Please take care of all personal belongings. Culture Scouts will not be liable for any theft, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to negligence by Culture Scouts, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) for damages to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price.
